"I would highly recommend going elsewhere especially for commercial and business policies. I have had State Farm in TN (both commercial auto and a business policy- with zero complaints ) , my TN agents transferred me to this office upon moving to VA. I sent my previous policies and requested the same coverage. I got quotes that were way off what I was paying, when I brought up I thought it was done incorrectly I was assured it was a difference in price from state to state (I’m not an insurance professional so I wrongly believed the agent I was working with). A few months later I’m contacted because it was improperly insured - no apology , no admittance of wrongdoing on their part, instead she tried to turn it on me saying I said the quote was too expensive so they tried to make it cheaper (which I have screenshots where I said that I was afraid it was TOO CHEAP and that I did not think I was getting proper coverage) so I said I did not appreciate her putting words in her mouth and she immediately denied saying what she just said- honestly I felt like I was in the twilight zone trying to get anywhere with her. I get mistakes happen but a complete lack of accountability and then trying to turn it around on me instead of admitting they did not write the policies how I requested even when I questioned it is just not right."
